Suction-pressure pneumatic conveyor for flexible grain transport. The suction-pressure pneumatic conveyor presented here enables efficient horizontal and vertical transport of grain. It is used wherever grain has to be moved flexibly – whether unloading from heaps, bins or silos onto transport vehicles or vice versa. The system works with a suction nozzle at the end of a flexible hose that draws in the grain. The grain is then conveyed through a cyclone, a metering unit and the connected pipe system to its destination. Thanks to the pneumatic technology, the material flow can be efficiently controlled by both vacuum and compressed air.
